WELCOME
Five Star is a tax exempt, non profit organization based in Washington D.C., which includes former White House Chef Charlie Redden, and other Chefs, etc. who have worked at 3 different Five Star Establishments and The White House.
We were incorporated in 2007 as Better World PSA, which produced public service announcements to help make the world a better place. (www.myspace.com/betterworldpsa)
In 2010 we changed our name and added new programs such as The Culinary Art Gallery (www.theculinaryartgallery.org)
and our Cancer Prevention public service announcement/campaign.
We believe some forms of cancer can be prevented by eating the right food, etc..
Wolfgang Puck sums up a lot of things that we believe in such as eating healthy, organic produce, and farmers treating their animals well.
